This Privacy Policy explains what personal data KiberKod MMC (KiberKod Texnologiya), Republic of Azerbaijan ("we", "us"), collects when you use the Printfor Reset mobile app for Android and iOS, the Printfor Reset desktop app for macOS and Windows and the website reset.printfor.az (together, the "Service"), why we collect it and what rights you have. We are the controller of this data.
1. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Account data: name, surname, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash) and, if you add one, a profile photo.
- Preferences: the language you choose for the app and the website.
- Messages: what you send us through the website contact form or by email (name, contact details, printer model and the text of your message).
Data collected when you use the Service
- IP address and approximate country. We use them to choose the language you see first, to protect accounts (for example, limiting repeated sign‑in attempts) and to detect abuse. We do not track your precise location.
- Device and app information: device type and operating system, app version and an app‑generated device identifier, used for security, compatibility, forced updates and basic usage statistics (for example, how many devices use each app version).
- Sign‑in history: date and time, IP address, approximate country and device of each sign‑in.
- Printer data during operations: when you check or service a printer, the app sends us the printer model, serial number, the waste ink counter readings and the result of the operation. We need this to perform the operation, charge or refund resets correctly, prevent abuse of free features and improve support for printer models. We do not access documents you print or any other device on your network.
- Payment records: the number of resets purchased, amount, currency, date, order number and status returned by the bank. We never receive or store your card number, expiry date or CVV — card payments are processed entirely by Kapital Bank on its own secure payment page.
- Website visits: pages visited, referring page, browser type, IP address and approximate country, to understand how the website is used and to keep it secure. If website analytics (Google Analytics) is enabled, Google may process similar data under its own policy.
2. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build advertising profiles and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We share data only with:
- Kapital Bank — processes card payments as an independent payment service provider. It receives the payment amount and order number from us and your card details directly from you.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — the servers that host the Service, network security and content delivery (for example, Cloudflare) and email delivery providers that send verification codes and replies. They process data only on our instructions.
- Authorities — when we are required to do so by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Some of these providers may process data outside Azerbaijan. In that case we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected in line with this Policy and applicable law.
4. How long we keep data
- Account data is kept while your account is active.
- When you delete your account, your profile, profile photo and balance history are deleted. Operation records (printer model, serial number, counter readings), sign‑in history and visit records are kept without a link to your account for as long as needed for security, abuse prevention and service statistics, and are then deleted.
- Payment records may be kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and are then deleted.
5. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), store passwords only as one‑way hashes, restrict access to personal data to authorised staff and protect accounts against repeated sign‑in attempts. Card data never reaches our servers. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a data breach where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- get a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data (most data can be changed directly in the app's profile);
- delete your account and data;
- object to or ask us to restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- complain to the data protection authority in your country.
To exercise these rights, write to info@printfor.az from the email address linked to your account. We will reply within the time limits set by law, usually within 30 days.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time:
- in the app: Profile → Delete account (you will be asked for your password); or
- by email: write to info@printfor.az from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete account".
If your account still has unused resets, the app will ask you to use them first or contact us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
8. Children
The Service is intended for people who own or maintain printers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
